Vext Audit Capital provides exclusively professional and digital services. All Deliverables are intangible outputs delivered electronically. This policy sets out how delivery occurs, timelines, confirmation procedures, and the Firm's post-delivery commitments.
All Deliverables are delivered digitally via: (a) email attachment from [email protected] to the Client's designated contact; (b) password-protected Google Drive link for large or multi-part deliverables; or (c) live video presentation followed by written delivery for complex engagements. No physical delivery is made unless explicitly agreed in the engagement letter at additional cost.
All timelines run from the date of the Information Receipt Confirmation email. GST Audit, Financial Operations Audit, and Export Compliance are delivered within 48 hours. DPDP Readiness Assessment within 72 hours. IT and Cybersecurity Audit and Full Audit Bundle within 5 Business Days. The delivery clock does not start until the Firm issues a written "Information Receipt Confirmation" email confirming that all required documents, access credentials, and information have been received. The Firm will issue this confirmation within 2 Business Days of receiving what it considers a complete information set. Where information is incomplete, the Firm will issue a written "Information Gap Notice" listing the specific outstanding items. The delivery clock starts only from the date of the Information Receipt Confirmation, not from the date of engagement signing or payment.

Delivery is formally confirmed when the Firm sends the final Deliverable to the Client's designated email address. The 7-day complaint window under the Refund Policy starts from this delivery confirmation date. The Client is responsible for ensuring the designated email address is accurate, active, and not filtering emails from [email protected] to spam. Non-receipt caused by incorrect contact details, spam filters, or full inboxes is not a failure of delivery by the Firm. Where a Client reports non-receipt within 3 Business Days of the expected delivery date, the Firm will redeliver at no charge.
The delivery timeline is extended by the number of Business Days equal to any delay caused by: the Client's failure to provide required information within 3 Business Days of a written request; agreed scope changes; third-party access or regulatory information delays; or force majeure. The Firm will notify the Client in writing within 24 hours of any anticipated delay and will provide a revised delivery date. Client-caused delays do not constitute a breach by the Firm and do not entitle the Client to any remedy.
All completed engagements include 30 calendar days of post-delivery support at no charge, covering queries and clarifications on the delivered report. Requests for new work or extended scope are quoted separately. Post-delivery support does not extend the 7-day complaint window under the Refund Policy.
The VextIntel digest is delivered by email on or before the 5th of each calendar month to the subscriber's registered address. Subscribers may update their delivery email by contacting [email protected] at least 5 Business Days before the next edition. Where the Firm fails to deliver for 2 or more consecutive months due to the Firm's own failure (and not due to an incorrect or inactive subscriber email), the subscriber is entitled to a pro-rata refund for those months in accordance with the Refund Policy.
All delivery for international clients outside India follows the same digital delivery process. All reports are delivered in English. Time zone considerations and video presentation scheduling will be agreed in the engagement letter. Payment for international clients is accepted in INR via Razorpay or by wire transfer to the Firm's designated bank account; USD pricing is available on request.
